There are two fixed rates of delivery for Redline Orders. These rates include handling and packing.
1. £4.95 - Recorded Delivery 'Signed For' 2. £9.95 - Next Day Delivery (see terms below)
Royal Mail Signed For Delivery With your order confirmation email you will be provided with a link that will enablke you to find out when the product has been delivered.
Next Day Delivery We will send out products either by courier or Royal Mail "guaranteed next day delivery". All orders received by 12pm will be despatched to arrive the next day. This service is only available on working days, so orders recieved after 12pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.
Returns
All customers wishing to return a product must first email cs@redlinesecurity.co.uk or contact our unmanned customer services line and leave a message on 01745 828499 with your order number and why you want to return the item. You will then be sent out a returns pack.
Customers have a money back quarantee if they want to return goods within 7 days of receipt, as long as they are in a resaleable condition and have not been removed from their packaging. If the goods are not faulty, the cost of the goods and outward delivery will be refunded, but not the return postage and relevant insurance. The goods remain under the Buyer's title until they are received back by Redline Security.
Faulty Goods
Customers who have a faulty product must also obtain a returns number from customer services before returning the item. All costs of both outward and inward delivey will be refunded along with the price of the item.
